Treks and tours booked and subsequently cancelled are subject to cancellation charges as below:-
- Cancellation of the trip prior one month – 10%
- Cancellation of the trip prior two weeks – 30%
- Cancellation of the trip prior one week – 50%
- Cancellation of the trip prior to less than one week – 100%
Trip cancels by the company:
If Friendship Treks cancel your trip, your deposit and payments will be refunded in full. However, if the cancellation is due to unpredictable circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, civil war and similar others, the reasonable expenses already incurred for the process of the trip will be deducted from your deposited amount.
Passport and Visas:
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or on your arrival in Kathmandu Airport.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients undertaking any trip. It should provide adequate security for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue and loss of luggage.

Friendship treks is committed to provide the best possible services to make your trip pleasant and successful. We hereby promise to perform our duties and responsibilities honestly.
However we and our related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restriction, political instability, flight delays and cancellations, natural disasters, sickness & accident and similar others which are beyond our control. Moreover we would like to notify you that the risk of damages, injuries or death resulting from these unavoidable factors lies within you.
Complaints:
If you have a complaint about the trip or tour, you must make it known to a tour leader or guide at the earliest opportunity who will take the relevant action or to the company representative at our office
