Pisang Peak Climbing

Pisang Peak is one of the most popular peaks among the trekking peaks in the Annapurna region offering you a good opportunity for exploration and peak climbing experience in the Himalayas of Nepal.  It is located in Manang district, the northern part of Nepal and it lies in between Annapurna I and Manaslu Mountains (over 8000 meters). From High Camp, there is loose scree and rock, and a couple of pitches of nearly vertical, ice-snow-covered rock slabs which demand at least basic expertise with fixed rope and climbing.

This peak is also considered the easiest climbing peak in Nepal which provides you with an interesting journey passing along varied ecosystems, diverse cultures, and amazing landscapes the top of the peak offers truly splendid views of the Annapurna range including Tilicho Peak, Annapurna II, and IV, Ghangapurna and the Glacier Dome. Pisang Peak is indeed a “scenic peak”. The trails descend to Manang and continue further up to Thorong La pass to get down to Jomsom where we would fly out to Pokhara to continue and end up in Kathmandu.
